Shouting Rocks

I stood watching the sunrise over the Rocky Mountains. All around me I could see the majesty of God's creation. It reminded me of the scripture that says even the rocks could cry out in praise. From my vantage point they were screaming.

Whether it's a mountaintop view or a simple daffodil in a field, creation declares God's greatness. And how? Actually, by doing nothing more than what God intended in the first place.

So it is with us. Each day we offer praise to our Father simply by being who God has re-created us to be. That's why it's important to know who you are as a new creation in Christ. As a child of God, your deepest desire is to honor Him, and when you act like the new creation you are, you'll be doing just that.
