Direction
Dear God, please. Show me what to do. Just open the door—or close the door. If you need room to maneuver, open the window.
God, this is agonizing—this not knowing. I want your perfect will—or I’ll be okay with your permissive will. I’ll just feel safer inside your perfect will.
What are the consequences of missing God’s will?
If you are outside God’s will, how far from God are you?
It’s a trick question.
It’s not possible to be apart from God. He lives in you, you live in Him.
When facing a critical decision, the most significant error you can make is failure to visit with God about your direction. If He has an opinion, He’ll let you know.
More than anything, God wants to talk with you. He’s far more interested in the discussion than the direction.
