Worth the Wait

From where I stood at the back of the line, I judged the wait to be at least 45 minutes. Just before giving up the guy in front of me says, "It's a long wait, but this ride is worth it!" Did you know that how long we'll wait for something is directly related to the value we place on getting it?

As Believers we're often waiting for things...a change in circumstances, an end to suffering, an answer to prayer. If you start thinking about how long it may take, you might give up. But waiting is part of the process. God may be doing something you will never understand. The key is to live each moment as a further step in your walk of faith. The Christian life is continual growth and stretching. It may take time to get to the end, but it's worth the wait!
