Graceful Grammar

A respected Bible scholar once said that when used together, the words "Eternal Life" should be capitalized because Eternal Life is simply another name for Jesus Christ.

First John says: "we beheld and touched and proclaim to you... the eternal life.

My point is this, ask any Christian what they received when they got saved and they're likely to tell you "eternal life." That's true, but since Christ is eternal life, this means that all that Christ is, He is inside of all who receive Him.

Christ and Eternal Life are synonymous. In fact, Jesus said, "I am the life." If you have Christ, then you have all you need to experience the abundant life He has promised.
