Mom? Dad? Can we talk?

It was their daughter. Just 17, pregnant, not married, and still a child herself. All of a sudden their world has changed and between the anger and confusion, they're feeling a deep sense of failure.

Christian parents who face such issues are often left dreading what others might think. They blame themselves for the choices their children make. But you know, God makes no requirement that we raise godly children--He calls us to be godly parents. If you as a parent are walking by faith and obedience, trusting Christ as life, you can rest in the knowledge that God is busy training and guiding His children.

Children are a gift from God, but we should never confuse our responsibility with His. Remember, He will complete the work he has begun in them.
